How to use?
- Make a cup of green tea and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Soak a clean cloth in the chilled tea and apply the cloth on the affected area for 15 minutes.
- Follow this treatment twice daily at least for a month You can also drink green tea twice every day for about a week, for best results.
2. Chamomile Compress
Chamomile has active ingredients like flavonoids and terpenoids that produce a soothing effect on the skin. It hydrates our skin and keeps inflammations at bay.
How to use?
- Boil four chamomile tea bags in three cups of water for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bags and refrigerate the tea until its cold.
