Natural Remedies for Silky, Shiny and Bouncy hair

1. Onion:
Onion is power-packed with sulphur, which boosts the power of collagen tissues and promotes hair growth and brings bounce and shines back to your hair. Take two pieces of redraw onions and chop them finely and squeeze the juice out. Apply it liberally on the scalp. Let the juice sit for 30min before washing it clean with mild sulphate free shampoo.
2. Aloe vera and Honey:
Aloe vera is rich in vitamins A, B & E, selenium and many other nutrients. It is good for your hair as it conditions your scalp and get rid of dandruff naturally.
Take some amount of aloe vera gel and mix it with honey, in equal parts. Apply it on your scalp. Leave it undisturbed for 30 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water.
Alternatively: Apply aloe vera gel on your scalp and leave it overnight and wash it off the next morning for a clean scalp.
3. Potato juice:
It is a lesser-known remedy, potato juice helps to fight hair loss and thicken your strands. So, if you want to see your hair grow naturally, use some amount of potato juice.
Take 1-2 potatoes and grind it to bring out the juice. (Alternatively, you can blend it and then squeeze the juice out using a strainer). Now apply potato juice on your scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water followed by a mild shampoo.
Note: Potatoes contains Vitamin B, it makes your hair longer and stronger.
4. Egg Hair Mask:
Eggs are exceptionally good for your hair. lt is a good source of vitamin A, D, B-6, B-12, minerals, fat, and protein that promotes healthy, strong and shiny hair. Eggs can boost volume and shine to your hair instantly. By applying this restorative protein mask, intensely conditions damaged hair, add moisture to dull hair, reconstruct and restores protein back to the hair.
Mix 2 egg yolks with a tablespoon of unsalted butter, a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of thick milk. Apply a thin layer to your hair with this mixture using a hairbrush and cover your scalp with a shower cap. Let it sit for 20 min before rinsing it off.
5. Protein pack:
Eating a protein-rich diet will strengthen your looks internally, but for that extra sheen and bounce, the external application of protein is essential. Here is a pack that makes your hair a world of good.
Take one egg white and half a cup of yogurt. Mix both ingredients until they form into a fine paste. Using your fingertips, apply the pack liberally through your hair. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes to 30 minutes before washing it clean with a mild shampoo.
Note: To remove the last bit of egg residue, take a tablespoon of lemon juice and dilute it in cold water. Rinse your hair with the solution, it will add extra bounce and shine to your hair.
